The government allows service providers the ability to charge a basic daily fee for services. We do not charge this fee.
From 1 January 2023, Exit Fees cannot be charged by any provider.
The Income Tested Fee (ITF) is a government means tested fee. The amount of this fee is dependent on your individual circumstances. If you receive a full aged pension it is likely you will not pay an Income Tested Fee.
