Those who were receiving a Home Care Package, or who were approved for one prior to 12 September 2024, are covered under the “no worse off” principle. This means the services you receive will not attract a co-payment.

For all other clients, any applicable co-payment is determined by Services Australia, based on an assessment of your personal financial circumstances. You will pay this co-payment directly to Timeless Support.
