Timeless Support is proud to provide high-quality care and support services across regional and remote areas. As required, we publish our maximum service prices. These prices reflect the additional costs associated with delivering services in rural and remote communities.

We acknowledge that current legislation primarily reflects metropolitan living conditions and does not fully consider the unique circumstances of rural, regional, and remote service delivery.

Your individual budget and service fees will always be discussed in detail with your Case Manager to ensure transparency and fairness.
